Terms of Service
Last updated: April 4, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, applications, and related services offered by Vocifer Health (“Vocifer Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Not a medical provider
Vocifer Health is a technology and care-navigation platform. We are not a medical group, pharmacy, or insurer. Licensed healthcare providers who are independent of Vocifer Health deliver clinical services and make all medical decisions, including whether to prescribe medication.
Prescription requirement
Any prescription medication requires a valid prescription from a licensed provider following an appropriate evaluation. You must provide accurate information and follow your clinician’s instructions. Do not use our services for emergency care.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. Services may not be available in all states or for all conditions. We may refuse or discontinue access for clinical, legal, or safety reasons.
Accounts and communications
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. You consent to receive electronic communications regarding care and service operations, subject to applicable law and your marketing preferences.
Fees and payment
Fees for visits, labs, or medications may be charged as disclosed at checkout or in your care plan. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method. Refund policy: [REFUND POLICY PLACEHOLDER — describe visit cancellations, subscription rules, and medication refunds as applicable.]
Intellectual property
Content on our platform (excluding your information and provider content) is owned by Vocifer Health or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vocifer Health and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services is limited to the greater of one hundred dollars (USD $100) or the amounts you paid to Vocifer Health for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim (except where prohibited by law).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vocifer Health and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
Governing law
[GOVERNING LAW PLACEHOLDER] — e.g., These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where preempted by federal law.
Dispute resolution
[DISPUTE RESOLUTION PLACEHOLDER] — e.g., informal resolution, arbitration, or court venue. Consult counsel before publishing final language.
Changes
We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, where allowed by law.
