Your journey, step by step
From first questions to ongoing care — transparent, human, and built for telehealth.
- 1
The intake
You start with a guided, conversational intake — not a stack of PDFs. We ask about symptoms, history, medications, and what you hope to feel like again. The goal is a complete picture your clinician can trust, completed on your own time from home.
Vocifer Health provides the technology; licensed providers make medical decisions. Nothing here replaces the judgment of your treating clinician.
- 2
Lab testing
When appropriate, your provider orders blood work through accredited partner labs. Panels may include hormones and related markers they consider necessary — not a generic one-size panel for everyone.
Results are uploaded to your secure chart and reviewed in the context of how you feel, not numbers alone.
- 3
Provider review
A board-certified or appropriately licensed clinician in your state reviews your intake and labs. They determine whether medication is appropriate, and which options (including FDA-cleared or commonly prescribed therapies) fit your goals and safety profile.
You'll have a real conversation — questions welcome, jargon optional.
- 4
Treatment delivery
If a prescription is issued, a pharmacy partner prepares and ships medication to your door. Vocifer Health is not a pharmacy; we facilitate connections between you, your provider, and dispensing partners.
- 5
Ongoing monitoring
Hormone care works best with follow-up. Your team schedules check-ins, repeat labs when indicated, and dose adjustments only under clinical supervision. You can message through secure channels according to your care plan.
- 6
Privacy & compliance
We build on HIPAA-aligned infrastructure, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and work with LegitScript-certified telehealth standards. You control your account information subject to law and clinical record-keeping requirements.
