  • In-Call Communications: SMS confirmations and updates sent during active calls
  • Account Alerts: Important notifications about your account, billing, or service changes
  • Support Messages: Responses to your support requests and inquiries
  • Marketing Communications: Promotional offers, new features, and updates (only with explicit consent)

How to Opt-In

You can opt-in to receive SMS communications through the following methods:

  1. Website Consent: Check the “I agree to receive SMS messages” box when signing up for our service
  2. Mobile App: Enable SMS notifications in your account settings
  3. Verbal Consent: During phone calls with our AI agents, you may be asked for consent to receive follow-up SMS messages

    Sample Verbal Consent Script:

    “Hello, this is [Business Name]. We'd like to send you text message updates such as appointment reminders, confirmations, or important service updates. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Do we have your permission to send you these text messages?”

  4. Text Message: Reply “YES” to any SMS message from us to confirm your consent

How to Opt-Out

You can opt-out of SMS communications at any time by:

  1. Reply STOP: Text “STOP” to any SMS message from us
  2. Account Settings: Disable SMS notifications in your account dashboard
  3. Contact Support: Email us at support@vocifer.com to request removal
  4. Phone Call: Call our support line and request to be removed from SMS communications

Message Frequency

  • Service Messages: As needed for account and service notifications
  • In-Call SMS: Only during active calls when you've given consent
  • Marketing Messages: Maximum of 4 messages per month (only with marketing consent)
